Mature Coconut Shell Selection & Carbonization
Only old, sun-dried coconut shells from Sulawesi & Sumatra are carbonized in high-temperature kilns to achieve ≥ 82% fixed carbon.
Double Screening & Magnetic Filtering
Charcoal shells are cleaned of sand, dust, and any metallic particles using rotary sieves and industrial magnets.
